Institute for Anti-Discrimination and Diversity (IAD)
Philosophy
The goal of the institute is to address phenomena of difference and foreignness, to work on them scientifically, and to develop programs for respectful and appreciative practical shaping of difference and diversity and thus to counteract discrimination.
The Institute was founded in 2007 as a joint project of the Protestant University of Applied Sciences and the Diakonisches Werk Württemberg (DWW).
