Our bachelor's degree program in nursing care combines nursing training with university studies. Thus, two degrees are acquired: "Pflegefachfrau" or "Pflegefachmann" (state-recognized) as well as "Bachelor of Arts". In the study program, special emphasis is placed on the teaching of scientific competencies. The research, analysis and critical evaluation of research results relevant to nursing is important. You will be able to use research-based solutions to problems in nursing practice. You will also be able to contribute to the transfer of findings from nursing practice to nursing science.

Furthermore

  • The formation of an ethical-reflective understanding of nursing,
  • Innovations and developments in the professionalization process of nursing,
  • as well as scientific teaching contents,

are of particular interest at our university.

What makes this study program attractive for you

  • Continuous theory-practice simulations in the university's own Skills Lab.
  • Teaching is predominantly done by persons from the nursing science context
  • Individual learning support and learning assistance for students
  • On-site library with nursing literature
