Take bus number 427 bound for Grünbühl from the Ludwigsburg main railway station. Get off at the Karlshöhe bus stop.
It is a 15 – 20 minute walk from the railway station to Karlshöhe.

When driving in from Stuttgart, turn right at the first traffic light, on entering the town.
When driving from Heilbronn or Marbach follow the B27 in the direction of Stuttgart, passing the Friedenskirche, as far as the Shell petrol-station. Turn left here, direction Aldingen, Grünbühl, following the signs for “Diakoniewerk Karlshöhe.”
